New owner clean and affordable quiet place no drugs or bugs
A family friend of ours is staying there and they feel safe there.
Really like the changes made lately. Really has cleaned up the place and the people staying there. Would recommend to a single person with no kids for rent.
Years ago, I met the owner Jimmy while paying to place a homeless gal I knew there. Still to this day, I must say that this place is run very well. You will not find any drugs, bugs, or illegal activity going on there. Jimmy the owner is a wonderful, hardworking, honest, and all around great person!
I'm not sure exactly if Jimmy a friend of mine was or still may be running Motel 37. He has always been on the job and keeping this place very clear and very helpful with anything that you would need and if there were to be any kind of trouble with anything it's going to be handled quickly and without others even knowing that there has been any problems. I have been there at one time wanting to get a room and I noticed that everything has its place and everything is in its place. There's no need looking for a place like this anywhere because it will not be found. This place is just one of a kind. It's very nice and very well taken care of.
For the price quoted I was not expecting the room to be as well maintained as I found it to be. Think it was $32 for the night, and a sign said $120 a week. The manager warned me the room is small, and small they are so pack light. Micro/fridge in room. Ample hot water. Smoking rooms available.
Just all together nice motel. Great nightly ,weekly,monthly rates. Rooms have microwaves,an mini refrigerater. Right outside of town. Free Wifi. Great American ran place to rest your head for the night or how ever long needed rooms are on the smaller side. Layed outed in a cozy bedroom setting. I myself came here as a short stay an now a few months later call it home......
